Camera enorme, con angolo cottura completo di enorme frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde, salotto spazioso, antibagno e bagno con doccia molto spaziosa.||Arredamento in ottimo stato e pulizia ottima.||Colazione continentale molto abbondante e molto completa.||Disponibile: sala fitness, piscina, sala biliardo, postazione pc, connessione internet gratuita.||Personale cordiale.Posizione comoda per raggiungere Palm Beach in 10 minuti.||Consigliatissimo!!!!

All of the staff treated evacuees from Hurricane Milton very kindly. The room was nice with a large shower, kitchenette, and lots of room to walk and sit. Breakfast every morning was good, just imagine your standard hotel hot breakfast. All of the staff were amazing and friendly, even though the hotel was filled to the brim with stressed out people. Pet friendly, but it did not smell like animals.

Special shout outs to Emmie at the front desk who is the friendliest customer service person I’ve met, and Anna in the kitchen who made sure we were all fed every morning with a smile.

Long stay for a conference/vacation. The room set up was great with kitchenette and sitting area separate from bedroom. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Free breakfast and sometimes they have a kind of cocktail hour with food and drinks for guests. Pool was on the small side but empty, so we enjoyed!
Only complaint is that everything could use a deep clean. Crumbs in corners, walkways dirty. Many pets whose owners don't pick up after them!

At check in wasn't recognized as Diamond member!! Got to the room to find refrigerator was nasty inside. It was late and told the last room available so that wasn't a deal breaker. However was very upset to find mold in the AC/ Heat unit in the bedroom so we turned it off and refused to circulate in the room. Addressed with front desk but no other rooms. Addressed with front desk at check out as well. I was told management would get with me shortly. That wasn't so. I had to call back 2x to speak with them. And that was only after addressing with Hilton.
Very disappointed seeing I paid 298.00

My partner and I stayed at Homewood Suites in June and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel offers easy access to I-95, making it a convenient choice for travelers.||||Our suite was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. It felt like a home away from home, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. If you're looking for comfort and convenience, Homewood Suites is an excellent option.

The rooms were nice and the hotel as a whole was nice and within a 15-25 drive of everywhere we needed to be.

The issue was with two staff members who were extremely rude to our group who was traveling together for a baseball tournament. We were in the lobby every night and were told we couldn’t be there past midnight even though we weren’t loud and they got no complaints. They were extremely rude about it. Would have been different had they not been so rude.

The front desk service and food definitely makes up for any downfalls this hotel has. The complementary breakfast was really delicious and they even served overnight oats that were the best we have ever eaten when dining out.

If you're trying to get a head start in the morning and leave trash bags outside the door before checking out, housekeeping might come in to clean the room. We are not trying to complain, we're just trying to warn people to prevent the loss of valuable items.

The rooms seemingly didn't carry sound which is nice for a pet hotel in regards to barking. Overall, we had a better experience than our previous hotel in Kansas City as Diamond Members. Wayne was super kind to personally check in on us via text which was never done for us at other hotels. Thank you to the front desk and the kitchen staff who seemingly care more than most.
