The flowers looked amazing. Very happy with them and the delivery. Cathy and the staff were also very helpful and understanding, I had a few requests which they really made an effort to fulfil. I went with Westwood due to the other good reviews for peace of mind and they didn't disappoint. I would recommend them to anyone.

I always use Westwood Flower Shop for my local floral needs. The customer service is great, delivery is efficient, and the product is beautiful. Cathy is very helpful! I love how I always get a snapshot of what is being sent to my friend.

I ordered the "Because You're Special Bouquet", the standard version, and this lovely bouquet arrived, even lovelier than the original. I added chocolates, which were delicious and a bottle of wine. All arrived on time.

False advertising! I’m very disappointed in the flower delivery. While they made the same day delivery possible the flowers looked nothing like the picture online. I just paid $100 for a $40 looking bouquet. Would never order from Thai place again.

All very professional. The beautiful bouquet just as I expected.
Delivery on time and at the requested time.
Very good online customer service during the preparation of the bouquet, so everything was much more personal.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement. The website had different color roses and she allowed me to request the colors of my choice. I love it and so does the couple I sent it to. I placed my order in the morning and they delivered the same day.
