Very poor service on the store. Associates do not speak to you at all. In the cosmetic section they want you to pay for a $3.00 item at that register but if you have other items they will not ring them up. They have no problem stopping you though for one item. Does not make sense. I undertand theft. But come on, make the right decisions on $3 versus $50.

I experienced the same thing today.

The self checkout spit back out a dollar, so I put it back again. It tore it, and then the machine locked up. The tech guy was super fast and helpful. Fixed in 2min.

Not liking the new workup of the cosmetics area, but I get it. Also, the store always seems to be really warm like the AC is struggling. Love the greeters though, especially Avery!

Literally the worst place to shop. I've shopped at Walmart since I was a kid and never in my life have I had this much of a problem. First off I can't even get any shopping done without being followed around the store. Never stolen anything in my life yet somehow I'm the point of focus. Also prices have risen to targets prices. They claim to have better prices but yet the price comparison is the same of target yet I actually get respect from target employees. That fat manager with the red hair and the dude with the dreads need to be fired immediately. Talking to customers anyway they want literally talking out of there behind and thinking it's ok. Will never return to this location again. Also the same employees illegally detained me with no proof of anything and are lucky I'm not suing them personally for harassment. And looking at the reviews of this place u can tell that the good reviews are clearly coming from within the company because all the bad ones complain about the exact same things yet clearly nothing is ever done.

We were in line at self check out the line was long. An employee then proceeds to cut the line and take the register we were at straight under us! Then proceeds to yell at us in her Walmart uniform! We contact management where they say they’ll simply have a talk with her! Yes I understand she wanted to go on break but to cut the line of paying customers and be so rude to them Walmart needs to do better!

I bought my xmas online. It was very helpful for me. The website was helpful with everything I wanted and needed. I went in the store for a speaker and the lady helped me but never smiled or tried to hold a conversation.

Walmart needs to do something with those same group of guys that are in there everyday all day! They hangout in subway and follow women around the store pretending to shop but they never buy anything. Other customers noticed it too. Also, they need to do something about their AC. Both customers and workers are fanning themselves because it's so hot in there.
