Had a wonderful experience for a nice dinner celebrating a birthday. The table was decorated with a card and some birthday wishes from the manager and staff.

Food and drinks were delicious. We loved the scallop and shrimp as well as the lobster tails. Bread was fresh and soft and the dessert was lit on fire to give it a nice show and taste.

I even received a phone call a day later to ask about my experience which has never happened before. Definitely a place we will go back to.

I absolutely love Truluck's! My love affair with Dallas began the very first time I visited. As soon as I landed, I couldn't help but Google the nearest five-star seafood restaurant, and Truluck's came up as the top choice.

My fantastic experience might be a bit biased due to the date or the wonderful person I was with, but nonetheless, I’m giving it a full five stars. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the valet, who opened the door with a smile and welcomed me to Truluck's. I immediately felt that I was in for something fabulous.

The hostess (I wish I had grabbed her name) welcomed us, and since we had made a reservation ahead of time, we were quickly seated. As I settled into my chair and ordered a drink, I remember the waiter introduced himself, but since this was over two years ago, the names have escaped me. What I do recall is the pleasant atmosphere; the place exuded a refined aura and a sense of connection that made the evening special.

It was my birthday private celebration, and the meal was to die for! The dessert did not disappoint either. I would love the opportunity to go back and relive that amazing experience.

While going through my phone, I found some pictures from that evening and decided to share my thoughts. Looking at these photos and reminiscing about those wonderful memories, I cannot wait to return to Dallas and visit Truluck's again!

This would have definitely been a five 5 experience, but a gentleman kept coming to the table to take our plates away. Finally, I gave in and told him to take it and box it up.

The building and location are amazing! We were greeted with such warmth from the valet to the hostess, who you will see in the video. I shared with her my experience at their Woodlands location on the lake, so she decided to provide us with premium seating for some friendly competition.

Dawn, our waitress was super! She provided great service and suggestions.

Our food was so good. I can eat at Trulucks every day. They have a power lunch menu, so you are able to have 3 courses. Beware the portions are smaller, so if you're really hungry, you may want to order from the main menu.

My team member ordered lobster bisque and the salmon with mashed potatoes.

I ordered the chilean sea bass over crab fried rice and asparagus.

Dessert: Carrot Cake, yes yess yess.

This is a very good restaurant with the price tag to match if you're thinking more frugal. This may not be the best option for lunch. Our tab was $129 for lunch. I knew this when I arrived, but I really wanted the Sea Bass, so I didn't care.

Although this was my first time visiting this restaurant. The ambiance, food, and service were excellent. There was live music downstairs - the musician had a beautiful voice and played on the piano. My guest and I sat in a cozy booth upstairs. The lighting was perfect throughout the entire restaurant. The host, waiters, and staff provided us with excellent service. The food was excellent. I also ordered some other things and forgot to take the pictures.? Oh, and I would definitely suggest trying the carrot cake. I will be visiting this restaurant again.

The ambiance is welcoming, our servicer Eric is impeccable, and the menu offers a delightful range of dishes. However, the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the chilled crab appetizer. Every time I dine here, it’s a must-order for me. The crab is always fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served chilled, enhancing its natural sweetness. The presentation is elegant, making it a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Don't miss out on the chilled crab – it’s simply the best!

This was our first time here and we were not disappointed! First we were greeted by the gentlemen host who went above and beyond to seat us upstairs with a beautiful view! Then we were greeted by our lovely waitress Lauren! She was suggestive on the perfect wines that we were looking for and very knowledgeable about the menu that made our ordering a breeze! We were so happy with the entire experience! I’ve never been treated so kindly and served the best delicious entrees! They genuinely care about making sure your dinner experience is top tier! We will be back!
