Purchased a plant from Jungle Collective and I wish I read reviews before committing. My plant arrived with black leaves, stems and the new shoot dead and black in colour (most likely root rot).

When I contacted the support team, Gretchen basically have said that they do not offer returns and will not honour a refund as they don’t see an issue with this plant. She told me to cut the black bits off and it should be good to go?
This is not acceptable and all they would offer me is a $10 credit, when the plant cost me $22, however each purchase comes with a $25.95 flat rate shipping fee PLUS $5.95 handling fee I have raised a complaint with consumer affairs and they are now investigating this.

Not worth it and WILL NOT purchase from here anymore. As other reviewers have said, you get bigger, healthier and cheaper plants at Bunnings.

Really sad about the state of plants that have arrived today. My philodendron pretty much snapped in half and lipstick black pagoda with snapped stalks. Pots were well covered in glad wrap but there was zero protection in the box for any of the crowns of the plants, they must have been just flailing around in the box until delivered. This could have been easily prevented by wrapping the entire plant. Makes me very sad to look at what was supposed to be a very exciting parcel. I wish I read the reviews first, but glad I didn't purchase more.

Quite disappointed with the order. I think a lot of the damage were due to lack of proper packaging.

Almost all plants in the same order were delivered in poor condition: the packaging isn’t secure so the plants were all tipped over, and many leaves/stems have snapped off.

Most of the plant arrived looking half dead, leaves were droopy.

Not a happy shopping experience.

First time I order and so happy with it. My order arrived on time as expected and in an excellent condition. I received what exactly looks like in the photo. Very satisfied!! Hope to keep this quality for future orders. ?

It's a shame that some havent had a good experience, but I believe that is the exception. I actually wanted to cancel my order, as I read reviews after it was placed. However I recieved my order today and I'm super pleased!

My order was correct, carefully packaged, and GORGEOUS. I have NO complaints.

Remember that when it comes to reviews, people are more likely to post when they have complaints rather than compliments. The concerns raised are genuine but again, I think the exception. The complaints about how long it takes for orders to be shipped are explained on their website and is due to their process for handling orders.
I also received quick responses when I emailed them.

I'd happily order from them again and I would recommend them to others!

I wish I had’ve read the reviews prior to ordering.
I unfortunately received my plants also in poor condition.
Hopefully salvageable after cutting off the dead leaves & treating the Watermelon Peperomia from mealy bugs but as you can see barely any leaves left on the Silver Ripple as it had a lot of dead/rotted leaves in the base. Overall pruning a fair bit of the dead/damaged leaves off from all the plants combined.
I’ve spent the same money at Garden world/Bunnings with a plant 3 x the size & in immaculate condition. Would not order from Jungle Collective again.

The plants I received weren’t healthy at all. And it’s not like that plant was on discount at all. Disappointed since their plants used to be so healthy. And there’s no customer service.

Waited 3 weeks to receive 4 plants in extremely damaged condition. Some damage from transport would have been acceptable but there are literally NO leaves you can even salvage in the philodendron gloriosum I received. In fact, I think it already had problems before it was sent out to me. There are no phone number provided so I had to settle with an email. Currently awaiting reply hoping for a FULL refund. Their customer service could at least maybe give them another star if so.

To add to this - it was delivered in an open box with no protection for the plants at all, nothing to keep it moist and protect it from drying out during transport or whatsoever. Very poor effort.
