It's no wonder they got a 3.5 star rating. Went in there got a sub found a hair on it when I got back to my place of work called and they said I could come back and get it remade but I wasn't able to make it back there the same day now they're saying they can't remake it they're trying to accuse me of getting free food I would not buy from here. They also hung up on me, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!? Bunch of disgusting dirty pigs working here

I wish I could give zero stars!!! This is the 2nd time I come into this restaurant and the 2nd time I get treated very rudely! Alex is the rudest one there she is so mean and so rude to customers how does she even have a job? She is unprofessional, the whole vibe is off! I can’t believe Alex can sit there and yell at an elderly woman, sad But the moment a Mexican men walk in all the employees are super nice and treat them with respect!! Unbelievable. They need to do better, seriously!! I will never return!!

Over 17$ for a small drink chips and a foot long is robbery - food was also disgusting - will never eat here again and I suggest you don’t waste 17$ dollars for horrible over priced food

Don't order online from here. When you don't receive your drinks, they will blow you off and blame door dash. Door Dash will blame subway and you will be out $8. I paid $40 for a foot long and a 6 inch. Ridiculous price and not worth it. Snarfs is my favorite now. .

This store is ran by kids, I came here an hour before they closed to pick up an order and the kids inside told me they had to close early because “they are just teenagers.” There were 3 employees in the restaurant!!! One of y’all can make a sandwich. Little kid with bowl cut looking hair needs to find a new job if he’s “just a teenager” and isn’t capable.

On 6/24/23 Ordered the #23 Italian Supreme Sub. Very Good. Great team behind the counter working very hard together give them a raise! They were both doing the work of another person. My only complaint was the men’s bathroom was out of wash soap and the trash can needed to be dumped, otherwise a fine experience!
