Mohamed and Colin were absolutely fantastic. Our situation was a bit challenging and they didn’t even bat an eye. My father has mobility issues and needed the platform for his scooter mounted on the vehicle for him. Due to this, Mohamed delivered the vehicle to my parents’ residence AND mounted the platform on for him. Colin went above and beyond on the finance side to accommodate our special situation there, as well, and didn’t try to sell us on extras “just because”. Great team to work with for a vehicle purchase.

Llevé hoy mi chevy cruze 2017 a hacer un cambio de aceite y luego de andarlo dos horas el carro empieza a parar continuamente cuando va bajando la revolución, tiene la luz de motor encendida desde que lo adquirí (el vendedor dijo que eso a veces pasaba y nisiquiera le puso scaner. Yo soy agente de viajes, mi especialidad no son los carros, y si un pasajero me pregunta si un destino tiene visa y yo le digo que creo que no sin verificar, ellos de buena fe viajan y luego se tienen que devolver, quién debería responder?) y la tapa del agua no se encontraba. Me devolvieron el carro incompleto y dañado.

Hoy estuvo a punto de dejarme tirado en medio de la autopista. Que le hicieron? Así tratan a sus clientes? Lo compré hace tres meses, confiando en ellos ya que necesitaba un carro, el cual ya tenía un problema bajo la promesa de que se arreglaría lo pendiente, lo cual al parecer parcialmente se cumplió (era la resistencia de una llanta). Si uno financia a 5 años lo mínimo es que funcione por buen tiempo, así lo vendan sin garantía (de pronto sabían que estaban vendiendo un carro defectuoso). Pésimo, espero se responsabilicen porque los consumidores también tenemos derechos.

I took my 2017 Chevy Cruze to get an oil change today and after driving it for two hours the car started to stop continuously when the engine was going down, the engine light has been on since I bought it (the seller said that this sometimes happened and he didn't even put a scanner on it. I am a travel agent, my specialty is not cars, and if a passenger asks me if a destination has a visa and I tell them I don't think so without checking, they travel in good faith and then have to return, who should answer?) and the water cap was not there. They returned the car to me incomplete and damaged.

Today it was about to leave me stranded in the middle of the highway. What did they do to it? Is this how they treat their customers? I bought it three months ago, trusting these guys because I needed a car, which already had a problem, under the promise that the pending issue would be fixed, which apparently was partially fulfilled (it was the resistance of a tire). If you finance a car for 5 years, the minimum is that it works for a long time, even if they sell it without a warranty (suddenly they knew they were selling a defective car). Terrible, I hope they take responsibility because consumers also have rights.
