In the afternoon of May 12, 2024 (my birthday and Mother's Day), I had an unexpected surprise delivery from 'My Glendale Florist'.

I received an amazingly large and stunningly beautiful bouquet of flowers. The floral choices were unique. My granddaughter, who lives in L. A. had randomly called 'any florist ' near Burbank to place her order. Boy, did she ever hit the jackpot.

In my opinion, 'My Glendale Florist' also sets the bar for superior customer service. As I was enjoying the flowers aroma, I noticed that the roses seemed to be wilting. I called the florist but had to leave a message. Not 5 minutes later the owner returned my call. When I explained my concern, he looked up the order and told me those were not Roses but Peonies.
He explained the difference and even gave me tips on how to care for my arrangement so it would last a long time. Thank you so much

10/10!! Great customer service— very accommodating and considerate. My mom wasn’t home the first time they stopped by and they didn’t leave the flowers since it was extremely hot that day. I missed their call because my phone had overheated and turned off! They went back at a time that I confirmed my mom would be home and hand delivered the flowers to her. Thank you so much, she loved them!

I first placed an order using Teleflora and was HIGHLY disappointed when my order was not delivered. I cancelled with them and sought a local florist to handle my order (I prefer local anyway!). I found My Glendale Florist and was very pleased with the on-line ordering process and the promptness to attention. The order was delivered by noon the following day, as requested, and is being enjoyed greatly. Thank you for meeting me needs and filling a tiny bit of emptiness for my daughter. The colors of the tulips and health of each one are great!

I'm so impressed by this flower shop. I ordered an arrangement for my sister's birthday, and it looked just as great as the website image and honestly EVEN BETTER in person. Super fresh flowers and prompt delivery service. The arrangement included unique flowers, which I can appreciate.

Wonderful service! Easy to order. The communication was excellent. I didn't see the bouquet in person but the recipient sent a photo and it looked every bit as beautiful as the photo on the website. I've been to a LOT of florist websites and I think the creativity of My Glendale Florist is one of the BEST!.
On the day of delivery, at the last minute, there was difficulty delivering because they couldn't reach the recipient but My Glendale Florist stayed on it, contacted me, continued to contact the recipient and all was good! I'm grateful they didn't give up and the person who received the flowers is very happy!! Thanks
