I came to the hotel in an emergency and they were very helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying longer than planned but I cannot complain, the staff ensured we felt comfortable. Housekeeping was always very polite and did a great job with our room and the front staff very attentive whenever we had a request. The location was perfect for me, as it was in my commute route.

Staff are rude, non friendly, and talk down to you as if they are better than you. They charge all the same rate even when they say they give a discount to someone like me. I’m a disabled veteran. The lack respect for all people and assume the worst. They apologize for nothing.
The rooms are all still damaged from hurricane Ian. They never really repair anything and many rooms have mold, bugs etc f various types, bathroom fixtures that are in need of serious repairs, many TVs do not work very well or at all, and I have witnessed many drug deals take place there. Homeless people walk around the location also. It’s a very unsafe place to go so don’t.

The most extremely unpleasant experience I've ever had $125.00 for a room with no electricity they didnt tell us when we called, there was a power outage, We drove 4 hrs to find out all rooms had no electricity with no where else to go at 11pm we stayed, they wouldn't even discount the room. Are beds had blood on the bed covers underneath the sheets, on both beds. The floor was wet like someone had just taken a shower with foot prints, when we 1st walked in. What a nightmare. And people crawling through windows, not to mention junkie town throughout the whole hotel. For some reason I can not add photos but, I wish I could cause, it was filthy.

When I walked into the room, I immediately smelled mold. There was black mold all over the A/C vent. The room just wreaked.
I started the A/C which sounded like a washing machine on spin. There was a cockroach in the room. And finally, no hot water in the morning for a shower. The room was not fit to be occupied.
The lady in the office was gracious and refunded the next two nights I paid for.

First off, let me start by saying it is true when they say you get what you pay for. When we first check-in upon walking into our room you can smell the strong smell of mold. By the time we went back to the front desk the shifts had changed. Although the person who checked us in was gone home for the day, Lapria, the front desk agent was very nice and welcoming(Major asset to the hotel). She automatically switched our room to one that was much better. She appeared to be very knowledgeable in the conditions of the rooms on the property. Although the rooms were not cleaned very well I can assume this is due to the workers not being provided enough time to adequately clean the room. The staff, other than the night audit personnel, work very friendly but I can assume she was just doing her job.

I would say rooms are great considering the price.cheapest motel you can find around this area.the area is not good that’s the con but they have night security so that wasn’t a concern for us.it is very close to riviera beach cruise terminal if you’re going in cruise for riviera beach best deal you can find to rest its just 1.5 miles from that.and if you request the manager they will allow you to park your car in motel parking while you’re going for cruise.

The rooms have roaches, a nasty smell to them, stains on the sheets, and showers falling apart wdf typa motel is this!! ITS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN NOW!!!! REFUND ME MY MONEY NOW!!

The convenience of the place is the only thing keeping it going. Getting around is a nightmare, and Uber rides cost a fortune. Just a couple blocks, $45.00! But with luggage to carry, one has no choice. It was quite noisy with people outside smoking and drinking til after 1 AM. The shower was cold. One can tell housekeeping has been there, it looks neat and clean, but clean it is not. The floors were almost sticky and there's grime everywhere. It needs a good, thorough scrubbing! All in all, a miserable stay!
