I ordered two floral arrangements for a funeral and I was so impressed. I have to say each arrangement was way beyond my expectation! In the past I have tried other florists for various reasons and was always disappointed. I’m so glad I went back to Mischler’s and will never stray again! I highly recommend them for any occasion!

I am from Illinois and while in Buffalo for a funeral, I chose this florist to send something to the funeral home. My encounter with them on the phone was great as the woman I dealt with really listened to what I was looking for. I saw the plant when I visited the family at the funeral home, and it was just what I would have chosen if I had been in the shop. Then, as another customer pointed out, a handwritten note of appreciation from the shop arrived in my mailbox about a week later. Who does that kind of personal thing anymore? I think the small business deserves your consideration.

This place is awesome!! I had sent my Mom flowers from Mischler's, they looked even better in person than they did online, and they lasted for weeks. Not to mention, the owner mailed me a handwritten thank you for my order. I'll never go anywhere else for flowers ever again!! 🙂

What an exceptional customer experience! I live near the east coast and in the past have had issues with the big name national online providers of flowers sent to my mother who is in the Buffalo area. This Mother's Day I decided to give Mischler's a try and am so pleased with their service. My mother was thrilled with the arrangement and kept remarking about how beautiful it was. I even received a personalized thank you from Frank Mischler for the order. So above and beyond in today's world of impersonalized service!

Received this beautiful arrangement for Valentine’s Day .. I can’t say enough about this shop not only is my arrangement beautiful, they bloomed over the past week and this is day 7 still looking amazing! I bought my corsages for prom here years ago and have since moved out of the area. My siblings and I ordered a bouquet for our mom to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It was beautiful and made her so happy! The service was incredible and ordering online was so easy!
