CONSISTENT RACIAL PROFILING. I visited this Michael’s on 10/6/24 to return a sewing machine that I had purchased a few days earlier. Immediately when I entered the store I was greeted by Kacie who I let know I had a return to do. Before we even got to the register she asked if I had the card I paid with. I replied yes but I didn’t have the paper receipt but the transaction will show on my rewards account. This is when she got aggressive and dismissive telling me she won’t look up the transaction and that she needed to call her boss. She called someone on her cell phone multiple times with no answer then she called someone else that sounded confused on what she was even talking about and pretty much coerced them to agree with whatever reason she was making up to not return my item. I’ve lost receipts plenty of times and if I needed to return something they would simply ask for my rewards account info. This is not my first interaction with her and everything about her from her body language, tone & attitude changes immediately when interacting with African American people. I spend my hard earned dollars at Michael’s and get treated like a criminal by Kacie. It’s never a issue when spending your money but if you ever need to return something it’s nothing but ridicule. I believe that the store’s staff should undergo training on how to treat all customers with respect and fairness. No one should have to experience the suspicion and discomfort I felt while simply trying to return an item.

Love this place for 4 signs for 10.00 all by 1 get 2 3 4th free feel like I stole it but it was a good sale and my yard looks fantastic once they were painted up;)

Awful. Self checkout doesn't work, prices are 50% more than anywhere else I've seen for arts and craft supplies. One person working the front of the store doing 12 different things

Great hobby store with seasonal and arts and crafts. Nice employees. You can get coupons on their website for non sale items. They always have great sale prices. Open on Sunday.

I purchased some really oretty flowers from here. And they had a coupon offer for 40% off regular priced items and I was able to save $300! Love this store. Here's a photo of the flowers I used and purchased at this store.

Would not recommend this store as they do not honor their posted discounts. They had a posted discount on all frames from a specific brand with the fine print that "every day values" were not part of the sale. Two of the frames we purchased were apparently considered every day values even though there was nothing on the shelf indicating that (see pictures). When I asked the cashier she admitted they don't do a good job marking them and then gave me some line about how the prices will end in "00". I didn't escalate further as it just wasn't worth it and I knew it wouldn't go any further.

Garbage service. There’s a button to call for someone to cut the fabric for you. We waited 10 minutes and got nothing. Needed up cutting the fabrics ourselves and when we got to the register, were told that someone there has to measure it and please go back to the fabric section. Only then did we get help
