I stopped by to see what they have ans walked out with 2 beautiful items, a ring and 2 dolphin with starfish necklace, ans a guitar dor my niece. Jennifer really tended to us with excellent customer service which felt more like we were regular customers or like family. I am from out of state so when I come back I will be visiting again for sure. Stop in and visit them to see what they have. They have a great selection of 14k white and gold rings.

Great experience buying from these guys. Worked with me on price and said I could bring it back within 24 hours if it didn’t work. We tested it at their shop but they gave me that option anyways which was cool. Also willing to sell me a six month warranty for short money but I didn’t feel I needed it. I opened it up and it was very clean inside. Worked great and looked almost new.

Very good selection of inventory. I recommend you stop by and see these guys if you check out pawn shops for good deals.

Went in looking for a new drill and pawning my own. Wiened up seing a good deal on a pair of drills and got them on layaway. Owner was really helpful and helped me with all my questions. Even all the other co workers were very nice saying that if I need any help to not hesitate and ask. Layaway process was super fast including the pawning itself and the pawning for my items I got was FAIR considering it’s a pawn shop. Great service!

I will never go back. Unhelpful, unprofessional, unclear about their loans. The assistant manager is a joke. He seen I was frustrated and he still didn’t take me serious as he smiled and laughed basically in my face and then threw on an extra charge on my receipt, saying I lost my ticket when you told me it was in the system. If I can do a half star I would.

Maria was a great help. Being it was my first time In a pawnshop, she took the time to explain the loan process. She made me feel very comfortable and I was able to complete the transaction smoothly. I would definitely come back if needed.

I never did a pawn loan prior.
So I come into the shop to get a loan on my bracelet. I tell her the amount of what I wanted. She looked it up and gave me what I stated. She tried to offer more, but I declined. It was a loan.

As I sign the paper work. I then realized that I had to pay back an extra $175 to borrow for 2 days. Not knowing or explaining the contract and interest rate of 300% (my fault for not inquiring more)
Then when I do come back to pay back the money. The lady asked me if I had the paper? I said, "What paper?" She said it's o.k. and charged me $2 more for not having a paper I knew nothing about.
These are loan sharks. Be careful and try to find a loan another way. This was not a help in any form.
