I have been using this excellent eye specialist in recent years. Professional., sensitive supportive care always.
Today 17th June I had emergency with lost medications. I missed my appointment until found lost medications.
In state of exhaustion , Lauren and Sharon sat me down calmed me and let me explain. They were wonderful examples of Specsavers company and quietly made new appointment. It was almost as if I was part of the family.
Both Lauren and Sharon showed why Specsavers has such a high reputation.
Superiors please note and let Bidhopbriggs staff know.

I spent two years trying to get new glasses and tried several different opticians. For some reason my prescription never seemed to be quite right, or I'd be able to see but constantly had a slight headache. I was exhausted by the whole thing but all it took was one appointment here for the optician to figure out what the issue was. Love my new specs and not having a sore head all the time!

The most thorough eyesight test I have ever had. Mr Russell’s attention to detail, and explanations of both the tests and results were made very easy to understand. Fantastic service from a truly professional optician.

Customer service was shocking, was spoke to like I was an idiot! Mixup with my daughters glasses, then was made to feel stupid when I questioned this. Reception staff were fine so was the optician but lady who sits at separate desk was vile to me the 3 separate times I spoke to her . I wouldn't return ever. Disappointed that a local business gave sure poor service.
