Questo hotel é stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa: le camere sono in realtà dei mini appartamenti, dotati di angolo cottura, frigo ed un comodo bagno. La struttura e gli interni sono moderni e confortevoli, luminosi, puliti. Anche il prezzo é vantaggioso. Consiglio decisamente questa sistemazione a chi si trovasse a viaggiare nella costa Sud-Ovest della Florida.

La siute é provvista di cucina completamente arredata con forno a microonde, frigo, lavastoviglie, prodotti per la pulizia. il Bagno é diviso in due la parte doccia e WC dalla parte lavandino e specchio. L'ambiente é ben arredato il letto taglia King Size è molto confortevole anche a chi a problemi di schiena. Ovviamente TV con aplique rotante per qualsiasi posizione della suite. Nel prezzo é compresa una ricca colazione e nei giorni feriali una cena leggera, il tutto a buffet. Cibi di buona qualitá, a cena viene offerto anche un vino Chardonnay italiano delle cantine trentine di buona qualitá.

Favolosa struttura con veri e propri mini appartamenti puliti e dotati di ogni confort.||Dal lunedi al giovedi è prevista anche una cena a buffet ma il vicinissimo super centro commerciale ha tutto il necessario per prepare autonomamente i propri piatti preferiti. Accoglienza cordiale e stanze ben insonorizzate. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente!

Anche questa volta non siamo rimasti delusi dalla catena Homewood....||L'hotel è confortevole con tutti i servizi e il personale carino ed accogliente.||La camera spaziosa e con tutte le comodità. Da consigliare!||la posizione è un po' defilata ma centrale rispetto alle cose da vedere nella zona.||Ottima la colazione e comodo l'apericena anche se noi tornavamo sempre tardi e non ne abbiamo approfittato!

We had an incredible time at this hotel and were blown away by the incredible service. Miss Courtney at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and was so helpful. Miss Maggie made the most delicious breakfast buffet every single morning and made our family feel seen and oh so special. The moment everyone found out we were there to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday, they showered him with such love and made him feel like a little celebrity everywhere he went in the hotel, shouting “birthday boy!” We will definitely be returning for another stay!

The only improvement I wish to see was the windows cleaned better. Our room had some large mold spots growing on the outside of the window but we understand this area was hit by Hurricane Helene just days prior and we assumed it came from that. Besides that, our room was clean and we had everything we needed. The full kitchen was such a blessing! We got to cook our home cooked meals instead of splurging an arm and leg eating out the entire vacation.

What happened to your breakfasts? We travel extensively and stay often at the Homewood Suites Hilton brand because of the full fridge/microwave/suite room combination and delicious breakfasts. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and were extremely disappointed in the “new” breakfast – tacos (and I mean tacos like you would have for lunch or dinner), scrambled eggs that were tasteless dry pellets, pre-fab omelets, NO waffle station, and the fresh fruit consisted of whole apples, oranges or bananas! The Homewood Suites we had previously stayed at (and this was in April 2024 in the Cleveland, OH area) had delicious creamy scrambled eggs or various kinds of frittatas/egg casseroles; fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cantaloupe, honeydew and pineapple; and most important to my husband the make your own waffle station. If this hotel represents the “new” Homewood Suites breakfast, you can be sure that we are going to re-think staying at this brand. That stated, the saving grace of this stay (because believe me I thought about going to another hotel) was breakfast staff Maggie who was quick to say that Homewood Suites is trying new breakfast items with the tacos, said that they were very tasty, and actually heated up a delicious tomato/spinach/feta cheese personal egg casserole for me when she heard how disappointed I was with the breakfast. I saw her do this for a couple of other guests who were also voicing their disappointment with the breakfast. On another day Maggie shared just-heated banana nut muffins with me and others. Maggie was hearing what guests were saying, and was trying her best, in an incredibly kind and diplomatic manner to meet their expectations. That’s what I call guest care!!! I am giving this hotel a rating of 5 stars because of the amazing, AAA+++ 100% guest care Maggie provided to not only me and my husband, but other guests who were very disappointed in the breakfast selections, particularly because we had all expected much more from a Hilton Homewood Suites. Maggie deserves a raise, or at the very least a bonus, as I am sure because of her guest care, kept many guests from leaving.

This might be the fifth or sixth stay in this hotel. We visit the Naples/Bonita area with my wife every year and Homewood Bonita never disappointed us. The staff was very friendy and helpful (in fact, we had a minor issue with the laundry that was quickly solved).||Location is great: 5-minute drive to Barefoot beach, 5 minutes to Coconut Poin and 15 to Miromar outlets.||Two drawbacks: no in-room safety box and housekeeping is now made every other day, and if you miss it for some reason, you will not have it the day after.||Nevertheless, I recommend it.

Positive: the Dunkin Donuts coffee our last day. Clean, friendly staff, pool area, breakfast option (taco station first day) Negative: the coffee the first day was awful, thankfully the machine broke. No ice machine, you have to ask for a bag which may or may not be enough at front desk.
