Sfruttato per una notte di passaggio a Boca Raton, è un albergo datato nell'arredamento, ma dotato di camere spaziose e pulite e con letti comodissimi, sui quali si dorme molto bene. Pagando 5 dollari in più a persona, si può usufruire di una colazione molto abbondante, durante la quale vengono offerti pancake cucinati al momento. Consigliato per chi non cerca un hotel di design o di gran lusso.

un hotel nella media, nessuna eccellenza e nessuna deficienza, praticamente vicino a tutto, palm beach, boca raton, boca del mar ecc ecc, il servizio buono i prezzi molto accessibili, buono il parcheggio, la colazione normalissima per il pranzo o cena non posso esprimere nessun giudizio ma mangiare in albergo non e' normale per chi frequenta queste zone. un hotel da usare per dormire niente altro.

For the money, this is not bad. It’s a basic stopover budget hotel to crash for a night or two. And while it’s certainly not a place to base yourself for a lengthy vacation, it’s fairly good value in a pinch. Rooms are small, bathrooms are small, towels are thin, and this property is in need of a complete refurb. However, there is ample parking, linen was clean, beds were fairly comfortable, temperature controls worked okay, the lobby was spacious and clean, the staff were courteous, and there was a free breakfast buffet. Water pressure was decent and water temp was hot. This hotel is somewhat north of the central area of Boca Raton and is situated almost in Delray.

CAN NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!! Checked in on Sunday for 5 nights. Was gone all day and returned to room Monday around 7PM. Room had not been cleaned! Went to front desk and discussed. Was told "we only clean rooms every other day." I am paying $93 a night and they don't clean the rooms every day That fact was not mentioned when we checked in. I was told by the manager that our room would be cleaned every day during the rest of our stay and was offered a meal from the restaurant (which was appreciated). Entered room Tuesday after being gone all day, I found a "service not required" card hanging on my door and noticed signs on several other doors too. I left hotel at 8:30AM Tuesday and did not place this card on my door. I found a note on my room floor that said "they noticed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. In respect to your privacy, our housekeeping team did not enter the room for the housecleaning service."
Bottom line.... They don't clean rooms and charge $93 a night so you can reuse towels and sleep on dirty sheets!!!! Hilton has lost my business!!

Service|------------|First, I tried calling the hotel before making a reservation because I had a question. The phone rang 25-30 times before I gave up. So I tried texting the front desk through the Hilton Honors app, but no one ever answered. After a while I called again, and a woman answered but said,"Hilton," and immediately put me on hold without even asking. Of course, she never picked up again, so I hung up.||I decided to call the previous Garden Inn that we stayed at in Palm Coast, Florida and asked them my question, which I thought should apply any hotel in that franchise. They answered immediately and answered my question. So I booked.||Checking in was slow, as the desk clerk was training someone. Not the most personable desk clerk I've dealt with, but not the first time I've encountered that.||Room|---------|The room was dated and old looking. It's not for modern travelers with many devices to charge. Housekeeping is poor, because our bottom sheet had a big tear in it, but they put it on anyway. You can look at the picture I took and see that no one could miss this.||There were even some ants in the room. I couldn't tell from where, but one would pop up occasionally, such as walking across my iPad screen. Ants come when there's a food source, so this told me that the room was not adequately cleaned. ||Conclusion|------------------|This was a poor value for the money, so I cannot recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the third time due to its proximity to my business. Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing.

Firstly, the paid internet service was incredibly slow, making it difficult to get any work done. It’s frustrating to pay extra for a service that barely functions.

Secondly, the front desk staff showed a lack of attention to detail. I requested room cleaning services three times during my stay.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a repeat guest.

Lastly, the quality of the breakfast has deteriorated. The food was bland and lacked variety, making it a poor start to the day.

Given these issues, I’m afraid this will likely be my last stay at this hotel. The convenience of its location is no longer worth the disappointing service.

Our stay at this hotel was below our usual Hilton standards. The property felt unremarkable and dated. We had an issue with room cleanliness as our room wasn't cleaned on the first night, and both the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. When we requested more towels, the service was adequate but did not meet the high standards we're accustomed to with Hilton. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
