Came for an 8:00 am oil change appointment. Didn’t leave till after 10am….
Not sure why it takes over 2 hours for a simple oil change. This specific Honda service facility doesn’t even wash your car after. All the other Honda service centers I’ve been to, provide a complimentary car wash, and all together take about an hour max.
However, on a good note, everyone seemed very friendly here. Not sure if I’d come back though… Would rather go to another Honda service center that’s more efficient with timing and provides better car service. Oil change price for a civic was about $72 with tax.

The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring I found the perfect car. This place is awesome ! JUSTIN in service is a kind person ! He took the time out to attend to my needs and assist me. You hardly find places that will help you with smaller concerns . I needed my caps to my wheels replaced because it was removed by the mechanic and never put back on after the work. He stated he would call me back the following business day and he DID. Plus he ordered me new caps with no charge . THANKS JUSTIN! Garden state you have my business

Sent my mom here with her 2017 Accord, great service! Service manger outlined in detail each repair needed and timeline to get them fixed. Appreciated the thoroughness! Would definitely recommend this Honda service location.

Watch these guys went in for a recall and oil change , they told me I needed a wheel alignment, they wanted 116 dollar, l had a coupon for 69.99 they said fine, on the phone the day before I was told the oil change was 65 dollars which included tie rotation and wiper blade refills, when I got the bill the oil change was jacked up to 89.99 and l was charged 35.dollars for the tire rotation to make up the difference for the alignment ,then when I got home in the mail their was a coupon for 59.99 which included oil change , tire rotation and wiper blade refills, talk about highway robbery. Oh and no wiper blade refills.

Avoid this place. I’ve given this establishment multiple chances as I live close by for oil changes, tires, etc. & every experience has been horrible.
Most employees are lazy!!! I was standing waiting to be helped and people at the front desk were on their phones! Myself and the next person in line were so confused. Less than pleasant customer service.
& what’s the point of scheduling an appointment for service if they still make you wait 90+ minutes. Ridiculous!
