Highly recommend! I went in with a delicate piece of Indian jewellery that had unfortunately snapped. Immediately helpful and rather than just say 'i can fix it' - time was taken to explain to me exactly what they were going to do. Picked it up today and the work done is incredible! Was the perfect choice using F&S Jewellers, I got my sovereign ring re-shanked and re-sized due to poor design and manufacture, orginal width tapered in and was very thin now its a solid uniform thick band. I also got a a sovereign coin mounted into a bracelet which also required a repair to all claws due to the previous jewellers not doing a very good job on the bracelet and all claws breaking when trying to secure the sovereign coin in place.
Francis is very knowledgeable, gave good advice, very helpful, friendly, competitively priced and workmanship is BRILLIANT!!.
I would 100% recommend using F&S Jewellers A* service.

Desperately wanted my mums ring fixing for hers and my recently passed fathers upcoming wedding anniversary, as a surprise for her, rang virtually every jewellers in Manchester who were unable to accommodate as it was a week before Christmas, my friend has used this jewellers before and rang them expecting the same answer, explained to a lovely gentleman why I needed it so desperately, he told me to bring it in so he could take a look, agreed he would do it for me even though his schedule was against the clock.
Took 3 days to fix it was yellow gold that had been cut on both sides, on picking it up there was no sign of the indentations he had filled one side and cleaned it to look like a new ring, the young lady who dealt with me on picking it up put the ring in a proper box and bag to present it to my Mum.
All in all brilliant price and wonderful staff who made a hard day a lot easier.
Would definitely recommend.

I went to see Fran with a ring which has been worked on by a previous jeweller and unfortunately some of the small diamonds on the ring had gone black due to the work that had been previously done, Fran knew exactly what to do and told me not to worry as he said he would sort it and he did … he took it off me at 9.30 am and I had it back on my finger sparkling away at 2pm the same day ..his professionalism and Manner was second to none and I would definitely recommend him if you want an honest and reliable job done!

I recently had 3 rings resized here. The work done was just brilliant. I was slightly unsure about what size to have one ring sized to - true to his word Fran made the ring to the size I requested, & said if I felt it uncomfortable he would resize for free. A day later I returned as I said my ring was a bit tight, Fran said no problem, he resized it again for free despite me offering to pay. One of the rings he resized has been totally cleaned so well I didn't even think it was mine, it looks like a new ring! I've been soo impressed with the professionalism & service I've left my treasured wedding ring with them for a repair & redesign. I trust Fran 100% to deliver my wedding ring back to me with a new design & repair. I simply can't fault the quality of service I've receiced to date. Thank you soo much Francis.
