I went in this shop looking for a particular degreaser that I had used before. I spoke to Lin & Explained what i needed it for which was a Wet room.

She recommend a product that was more suitable for the job i needed. I then actually thought about it & it made sense that the degreaser i wanted was mainly for kitchen Floors Not wet room Floor. Plus the chemical she recommend was much cheaper.

Now she could have just let me buy the more expensive chemical. But because she knows what she is talking about & a Trustworthy person. She recommend the Right chemical. I told her that I was taking it home by bus & I'm still recovering from a Stroke.

So she said it would fit in my Rucksack & she would Help me put in. She also went out of way to put the chemical Bottle into a plastic bag just in case it leaked in my bag. So she showed that she cared about me & my property. I've been going to this shop for many years now & always try to get my cleaning supplies from her. From the outside of the shop may look like it's for businesses but it's for regular customers & i would Highly recommend to All ?

A friendly, welcoming, atmosphere. If it’s a quick repair (spare parts) or large orders Ian and the family have all the stock you need. Good people fair priced honest family run business.
