The ladies was so gentle and caring! I was so impressed.... Sarah and the doctor was so understanding. They knew I would have emptied my bank account for my baby Cash, but guess what? It was expensive at all. I just want to say thanks for not turning my puppy away and for going out the way to help Cash! May God continue to bless you all and this establishment...

Customer service from the front desk to the assistant was a job well done. I cannot say enough about the doctor himself. I did not feel comfortable with Dr Mosley treating my dog. No communication with this Dr once he stepped into the room. After hearing and seeing a “patient” who is anxious , next time try to get to know them and make them feel comfortable before doing anything…. Dr Mosley handed me a syringe to place the medication in my dogs mouth and upon leaving the room he made a sarcastic remark which I did not like and felt was very uncalled for. The professionalism with the Dr was just not there.

Unfortunately I did not catch the assistants name but I would like to thank her for her being professional in caring for my dog and great communication skills with me.

I was very impressed with our experience at Easyvet. This was my cats first visit there as we just moved back to Florida and i loved how the vet technicians comes in before the doctor and interacts with your pet. My cat gets nervous at the vet and this helped him relax so much! I love how they do not push things on you and give you your quote up front. The doctor did a thorough job with my baby. It was an amazing experience as good vets are hard to find and we will definitely be back next year for his annual shots!!

I found this vet to be a good option for routine screenings at a lower cost. However, the atmosphere felt a bit transactional, and both the doctors and front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly. While I was able to get what I needed, I would prefer to pay more for a vet office that offers a warmer, more inviting environment for both pets and their owners. Thank you for the service!
