Very good service, delicious burgers, the Spice Chicken Deluxe, the favorite for its good flavor and pure breast, not to mention the very good chicken bites, it is a very quiet place to eat with the family and taste the delicious food.

I usually come to this location because it close to where I live. I’ve never really had any issues in the past but lately it’s gotten terrible from the food to when its to get in line to order. First off i get the wrong food, they give me the fries half way filled and NEVER give me the amount of sauces I order online. I get in mobile order line and there’s a sign there that specifically says MOBILE ORDERS and people who don’t even order online get in there and back up the line it’s ridiculous. This location needs to get more professional.

If you want a messed up order come here!!! They never fail with messing up your order. I come to this location all the time and each time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and each time I’m let down with a messed up order or a watered down lemonade. I think this morning will be my last time coming to this location. I order 2 orders of chicken minis 4 ct and I got NOT 1 but 2 boxes of just chicken nuggets if I wanted just chicken nuggets I would have ordered that. I just don’t understand. SMH

Ordered food through the delivery app and was shorted on my order! They also didn’t include any sauces that I asked for, and the food had been sitting so long that the bag it was in disintegrated when I tried to pick it up. Don’t have the ability to go out there or I wouldn’t have ordered delivery since they charge you tooth and nail when you do.

AND the worst part about this experiences I thought I would just be able to call and explain hey I have a problem and they would fix it, no!

They intentionally have their phone lines turned off so people can’t call and say hey, you messed up my order. Manager should be fired for this alone.

This location is by far the worst chick fil a that Ive ever been to. They are super slow...in all aspects of service. They also do not separate the mobile order line from the regular line. The mobile orders add convenience, but this location does not meet the standard of convenience. The morningsvare always busy, but yet they only one lane. It makes absolutely no sense. The should learn from other locations like bowie

A nice chick fil a with lots of dining area. It even has a playground for kids! It's the smallest play area I've seen in an eatery but it does the trick! Has steps to reach the second play area that are good for shorter kids, a slide, and a car. It also has the typical toddler area. The space is very compact though and would be tight with multiple kids.

I ordered a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and my meal was tasty and hot, but I ate it so fast, I forgot to take a picture.. LOL!!! Customer service is great. Restaurant was clean.

My review is based on general chick fil a standards. This place is trash. Literal garbage everywhere. On the floor, counters and dining area. I walked in a bit after breakfast and ordered 2 4 Ct chicken tenders and a large fry. The tenders were cold. Which is wild because they should of been freshly cooked. It took them a while to give me my food which is understandable because breakfast must ended but compared to the same situation at dozens of other locations I visited, this was the bottom of the barrel. Workers looked a mess and not looking professional, the parking lot makes it inconvenient to use drive thru because it starches out to parked cars trying to get out at the and time. It's just a mess. Never will go here again. Complete waste of time.
