I recently had the pleasure of visiting Arpico Super Centre, and it truly impressed me! The store offers a wide range of products, from groceries to household essentials, all of which are of excellent quality and reasonably priced. The layout of the store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need.

The customer service was also top-notch—staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, Arpico Super Centre is a great place for convenient shopping, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality products and great service.

Poor Customer Service and Mismanagement

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I brought my laptop with me today and, as per their rule/policy, showed it to the entrance security lady for permission. She agreed, and I brought it inside.

However, a few minutes later, another security lady approached me and scolded me in front of other customers, stating that her manager had reprimanded her because I brought my laptop bag inside. Despite explaining that I had already received approval at the entrance and even showing my laptop again, she continued to blame me publicly.

Their internal communication issues and management problems are not the customers' fault. It was extremely unprofessional to be blamed and embarrassed in front of others for something that was handled correctly on my part.

I strongly urge the management to train their staff on how to interact with customers respectfully and to address internal problems without involving or blaming the customers. This experience has left a very negative impression of the store's customer service.

everything you need in one place – from fresh food and fruits to homeware even liquor . The variety is impressive, and the service is always friendly and helpful. But I do not recommend buying electrical items because some items are overpriced and not quality. Especially power cords. Please check before buying.

Not the cheapest but their products are better than Keels. Target the offers and promotions.

Outside you have a cafe kind of place for lunch and short-eats.

Near entrance there's a food shop with stuff you get in a typical "hotel". Egg roti, parata, hoppers and stuff.

Upstairs you have different furniture department and a bar for liquor

There's a bag counter to leave your belongings.

Vegetables and fruits are fresh even at the end of a day.

Apart from groceries they have lot more items.

Good food court there, open kitchen so we can see, tea is not good. Fried rice and others good.. shopping centre is modern so its easy.
Clean and tidy. Wash rooms too good.

Supermarket is awesome. All foods and vegetables there. Electronic and plastic items there. Card payments and good customer service can be experienced.

Nice place for shopping. All goods could find under single shelter. Overall everything OK. Crew also really nice to customers. Now there is a
separated division for furniture with a good collection.But furniture items seem to be bit expensive.

Happen to be here and decided to have lunch here at the food court. I was very surprised with the quality, taste and the cleanliness. We had the Sri Lankan rice and curry lunch. Food was very tasty. The service was great.
It would be best if they have another cashier during busy hours, one is not enough.
