Very good place to buy quility furniture. Lot of variety to choose from. I brought a sofa bed some times back. They have arranged a dilivery to my home for a nominal fee. Prices are bit expensive. Staff also friendly and helpfull. You will have enough of parking slots at ground floor.Credit card payment is available.

My best complement is For Nishadi, Battaramulla Arpico Show room. She is a wonderful sales, I just call to know about their furniture prices at about 7.20 evening, on 21st December 2023, she answered my call and did the needful happilly I know, defineatly she is tired after working from morning to night. But she is very kind to do the needful as I wanted. Thank you Nishadi, wish u a fantastic future.

Dont buy any piece of furniture from this place i bought a recliner chair and the pull handle broke in 1 months time. they said they have a 1 year warranty but they never replaced or answered my calls and never showed up. very bad staff. this is not the the place that it used to be

Bought a domestic ladder and wanted it changed for a one with more steps. They changed it without any complaints even when I had removed the packing. That is great customer service and certainly deserve 5 stars! Thank you Arpico. The product is of high quality too.

Made a complain over a year ago and to-date didn’t receive a single call even to check up on it. Physically visited the baththaramulla showroom and reminded about the complaint and said someone will call or come and visit to assess the repair.

Bought a manager office chair from Arpico Furniture Battaramulla(2020-06-13). The arm support broke within the two months. Due to Covid and my work I could not return the chair. On 2020 December I visited the store and made a complain.They mentioned their factory vehicle will come and pick the chair. But they did not do anything to that. I went several times and asked to repair my chair since I have one year warranty. 2021 April they asked me to bring the chair to them.(at this time staff know who I am.so manager did not meet me). I handed over the chair on 2021-04-22. They mentioned it will be returned within one week.The manager was supposed to call me within a week. I called Arpico several times. No one was answering my calls anymore. when they do, they have lot of excuses. I Visited the store several times and chair was not returned to me yet. No one answers my calls anymore. It is a drama to be discussed with hushed voices and give several phone calls to superiors. I have not got an acknowledgement that my chair was returned to the store. Neither have I got a call from Mr.Shafeer. I hope someone from Arpico Finance will call me. Utterly disappointed. Worst customer service I ever had.

Good products but very poor customer service. The customer service agents are never sure of which code or what the cost might be and even worse the outlet is obviously trying to cut costs, so their ACs are switched off no matter what time of the morning or afternoon I've dropped in.
