Here is my story. I contacted 1800 Flowers on Wednesday to place two flower arrangements for my moms funeral which was taking place on Monday morning. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!!

The first flower arrangement, which I paid $180.00, did not even look like the one on the website. Flowers were messed up, an the design was hideous!
The second flower arrangement never arrived!! Keep in mind that this is Sunday, a day prior my moms funeral service.

After spending hours on the phone with 1800Flowers, asking them to please give me the number of the flower shop who they sent the order to, they decline to give me the information. This is Sunday and I’m crying on the phone asking them for the information of the store because I knew many flower shops are closed in Sunday. They didn’t care at all.

That’s when I called Andrea’s Flowers (Luis) and explained to him my situation. This is 2pm on a Sunday, and I’m desperate to get this flowers ready for mom’s funeral next day.

Luis did not hesitate at all, I explained to him my situation and he said…. DON’T WORRY, I GOT THIS, you will have the most amazing flower arrangement for your mom. I know how important this is for you and I promise you that I’ll do something AMAZING!!!

Well, AMAZING IT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, the flowers were delivered at 7pm and it was the MOST STUNNING FLOWER ARRANGEMENT THAT I’VE EVER RECEIVED!!! I started crying!!!

I got so emotional because I thought I was not going to be able to have my moms funeral service the way I wanted, but Luis made it happen!!!!

Thank you so much Luis and the staff of Andrea’s Flowers for making this incredibly beautiful and stunning flower arrangement for my mom. I was so glad that I was able to properly do moms funeral with her favorite flowers and the way she deserved. I could not have done it without you!!!

I will be eternally thankful for what you did for me and my mom. I will recommend you everywhere I go!!!!

Luis was amazing and extremely accommodating!! I told him my vision and he executed!! I ordered white and gold roses for my father in laws funeral and some blue roses and everyone was blown away by their beauty. Great price within my budget! He delivered them on time and they just lit the room! Luis thank you for what you have done for my family!! I will never go to any other florist!!
