I bought a pickleball paddle on May 4th. I used the paddle twice a week for 6 weeks. The paddle broke where the handle meets the paddle. I brought the paddle back, and it was replaced. I really appreciate how honorable they are. I will purchase everything I need from here going forward. Thank you for standing behind what you sell.

Utilized their pickleball rental /trial program. Was told by 2 different salesperson that 7.00 a paddle for a week 2 max at a time and would be deducted from a future sale as long as within 30 days. Took 2 back and got 2 more and joked with the salesperson that I was kinda committed to purchasing there do to the 28.00 I had invested already.

Went back for another 2 today to try out. Was told by a third salesperson that only the first 3 were deducted. I said that's not what I was told and I already had 4 out. He just walked away.
Wanted to buy locally. Guess not

Had a super pickleball shoe shopping experience with Gail yesterday. I got in a few games this morning with the Tyrol shoes I bought - felt great. Was surprised that it was available in a 12.5 size. Normally I'm wearing a 12 or a 13 so fit is often marginal. I know time will tell going forward but off to a good start. Thanks Gail... Nice job!

Drove from Winter Garden and shop was closed...we left at 10:20 so cannot really rate this business except for not opening as scheduled at 10:00. I hope nothing bad has happened and just a traffic holdup...btw I was looking forward to meeting Gail who I spoke to on the phone and was so helpful I made the drive to buy paddles for my wife and I.
