I had an incredible experience at IKEA thanks to Sonja and Antoinette. Sonja went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect bed, cover, and everything I needed, even though I had no idea where to start. She dropped everything to assist me and made me feel genuinely cared for, never once worrying about making a sale. Antoinette was just as wonderful, patiently helping me install the app and create an account. Both of these amazing ladies are not only beautiful on the outside but also have the kindest hearts. IKEA is lucky to have such dedicated, compassionate staff who truly make the experience unforgettable.

We visited because we are remodeling a home. We had never been here and liked most of the offerings. There are some items that are less expensive than you can find anywhere else, but many items are priced very close to other competitive offerings. If you are looking for an outing to burn some time and to get decorating ideas, this is a great place to go.

Don't be pulled in by the food. People rave about it, but it's really nothing special. We make better meatballs in our crock pot for parties and tailgating.

Great place to explore and find items at reasonable prices. Sometimes check out lines are so long that I don’t like . I wish IKEA was not in Atlanta Downtown area. It could work better around Spaghetti junction area. Or they could have another one north of metro Atlanta. They serve Swedish food at their cafeterias. Staff always helpful. They have enough parking for cars that I like. You feel like you are in maze.

I can confirm that you can get lost in IKEA. Before I knew it, I was in IKEA for 4 hours. I was wondering why I was so exhausted. Every time you take a turn, there is something more. It NEVER ends! This was my first time here, and I know to block off my schedule for 8 hours the next time I come here. Great store and restaurant, as well.

This place in atlanta amazed me! I was in awe of the way they placed everything to exhibit how a room should be. Their strategy was how one person who gets in, would only be able to exit after looking around at all the items. It was tiring yet exciting to roam around for 4 hours, I actually got things I didn’t even need really. The deals were great and items were also self pickup ready, from their storage area. But you gotta assemble all the furniture that you buy, on your own, it comes in parts. Would suggest to go there with a measuring tape if you really want to check the exact sizes and makes easy to compare. There was plenty parking in the basement and stuff was easy to carry using large carts. The only thing I did not like was that the map was confusing and we took a lot of time to actually find where we wanted to go, it was also really crowded on a sunday.

A wow DIY store! Their room ideas are a fancy way of shopping as they show the places where the product would fit in best. Helps figure the product in your place. A huge expanse which sells products and fixtures from a spoon to huge room ideas. Loved the shopping experience all the way.
