The shop is relatively nice. The space is used in a way that makes it feel like it’s full, but it’s easy to realize that the place is somewhat empty.

Their tables for tournaments are always seated whenever I visit so that’s nice. And they have a sign where they make it clear that patrons must not smell bad. lol

I normally only visit this shop to buy single cards they have for sale. However they mark up some of the single cards by $3-$20 above market value. Which isn’t necessarily bad, but does make me wonder….

Judging from the other comments, they do not allow paying customers to use the restrooms and only tournament goers can use them.

Great shop with friendly staff. Picked up some Pokemon cards, and it was an enjoyable experience to just chat with the guy behind the counter. He was accommodating, and I was able to pick up some useful staples at a fair price.

I'll see you at worlds next year, Pokemon bro!

Biggest rip off in my yugioh playing years. We went on a Sunday to their edison format tournament and got charged 10 dollars each to play 2 rounds vs each other and get 1 pack of rarity collection 2 as prizing. No wonder they have no ppl interested in going to their tournaments. I guarantee I will not be returning to this shop.

Great new collectable shop steps away from the bustle of LA’s Little Tokyo! Staff were awesome and friendly - they even take custom orders for merchandise too!

Room for growth. Phantom is a fairly new store and lacks one major component in a successful game store, comfort. Despite plentiful space and stock, this is lacking in comfortable chairs.

Just came by to little Tokyo and saw this spot! It’s looking really nice so far and they have variety of collections! I recommend any card collector to come.
