Dealt with Dave and Christian. They were extremely informative. Showed me how to take the drone apart explained about all the accessories. Explained how to use the remote control. They were great. Very knowledgeable. I recommend.

The DJI associates, David & Shaun were Great from giving me information of the products I was interested in from, setting up my two drones, the Refresh warranty and even showing me the controls and how to fly my drones from that I had purchased in the store. The DJI associates were friendly and extremely knowledgeable . I want to Thank them both, I think DJI should Reward and Promote them for their knowledge and service. ?

We went in today for an issue with a product we purchased on Amazon. We met Sam in the store and he was able to identify that it was a manufacture defect and was able to help us fill out the online form to send back, he even took out our SD card and gave us a small bag for it so that we don’t ship it out by accident! Very helpful, knowledgeable, quick service! Very grateful for Sam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! I ordered two “supposedly” brand new DJI OEM Mavic Air batteries from them. Both batteries showed up dead and would not take a charge. Dealing with returning them had been a nightmare. Their online store has no phone number. The phone number on the website is to their physical store and they could not help me. They have been very slow to response, won’t send new batteries until they received the original ones and I needed these batteries for a trip I was taking. Their customer service sucks.
